Video Release

I hereby grant the Flag Manufacturers Association of America (FMAA) and its members permission to use my video entry into their 2024 Scholarship Program in any and all of its publications, as well as their web site and on YouTube and Facebook, without any other consideration than my scholarship award amount. I understand and agree that this material will become the property of the Flag Manufacturers Association of America and will not be returned.

I hereby irrevocably authorize the Flag Manufacturers Association of America and its members to copy, exhibit, publish or distribute this video for purposes of publicizing the Flag Manufacturers Association of America’s programs or for any other lawful purpose. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the video.

I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge the Flag Manufacturers Association of America and its members from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

I have read this release before signing below and I fully understand the contents, meaning, and impact of this release.
